Yeastup is upcycling Brewer's Spent Yeast by extracting high-quality protein and fibers (Beta-Glucan and Mannoprotein). We have a patented technology that is isolating these ingredients at high purity and industrial scale. Our ingredients are requested globally and we act as a B2B ingredients provider to improve taste, texture and health profile of our daily nutrition. The yeast-based protein has the same digestibility score like an egg and comes with attractive functionalities. The fibers from yeast have several important technofunctional capabilities such as gelling and water-binding and over 200 said health claims. Yeastup is launching its first production site in Switzerland in Dec 2024 capable of extracting over 20'000 tons of Brewer's Spent Yeast per year.
